Leadership Development

Developing leaders and change agents with a focus on equity and social justice is a strongly held value in CCE’s model. Leadership development is embedded in all CCE services, but residency programs bring particular intensity to the process, preparing educators and administrators to address the challenges of high-need schools.

Building capacity to lead systemic transformation.

Leaders at all levels are trained to think systemically and apply their skills to close achievement gaps and ensure equity for all students.

Learning through data inquiry and collaboration.

Residency programs and leadership coaching integrate research-based theory with practical application. Instructors and mentors reinforce principles of insight-gathering and continuous improvement.

Establishing credentials to empower educators.

Program participants earn credentials needed to lead and contribute to education systems and school cultures where equity is valued as the foundation that envisions academic success.
